This presentation will show you how to add offline assessments, so that they are listed in the Summary table of the Assessments tab.

Update:
eAssessment Grade Sync item now appears in the Assessments Tab (if a weighting greater than 0% and/or a hurdle has been applied in Gradebook setup) but does not display the due date or the details of the eAssessment.
