Can't see Software in the list of applications under Mysoftware

If you’re having issues and can’t see certain software in the list of applications under My Software please do the following...

1 - Close software centre
2 - Ensure connection to the VPN
3 - Click Start menu > click Cmd key > press enter
4 - Type in: gpupdate /force
5 - press Enter
6 - Wait 1 minute
7 - Relaunch MySoftware
