Question:
I have some Panopto videos that are not displaying on my Moodle page. I am receiving an error and videos will not play.
The error may be either a Network error or hlsjs-lite error
Answer:
We have identified that this issue is browser related and there are a few workarounds available.
The workarounds here are:
- Change browser, or;
- Clear browsers cookies and cache , or;
- Open Moodle in an incognito/private window.
