Issue - Panopto videos not playing

Question:

I have some Panopto videos that are not displaying on my Moodle page. I am receiving an error and videos will not play.

The error may be either a Network error or hlsjs-lite error






Answer:

We have identified that this issue is browser related and there are a few workarounds available.

The workarounds here are:
  1. Change browser, or;
  2. Clear browsers cookies and cache , or;
  3. Open Moodle in an incognito/private window.
