Adding users (creating accounts) is completed via the Education Design and Support Group.
To add users in bulk to your site please see the CSV template attached. Complete the attached template and return this to us. We will then upload your users into the site.
Please note - Column F needs to be updated to the shortname used in your unit.
If possible, please try and collect all enrolments and send through one upload per week.
Note:
Column A - Username
Non-Monash users - Use their email (all lowercase)
Monash users - Use their Monash Object ID
Column B - lastname
Ensure their surname is spelled with a capital letter up front
Column C - firstname
Ensure their name is spelled with a capital letter up front
Column D - password
Leave this column as 'changeme'. This will create a password as changeme which will prompt the user to update their password when they first log in.
Column E - email
Use their email
Column F - course1
this short code is different for each site)
Column G - type1
Leave as '1'. This enrols users as a student.
