Question - What do I need to do before using Respondus + Webcam monitoring?

I want to set up a Quiz in Moodle  using Respondus Lockdown Browser + Webcam. 

Do I need to contact anybody to let them know?


Answer:

Before using the Respondus LockDown Browser (LDB) + Webcam monitoring you must contact eLearning Services to discuss Respondus setup, timing and support options

Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences units can be configured to use this software however webcam monitoring comes at a cost which is covered by eLearning Services and needs to be tracked.

Note: Quizzes using the Respondus without webcam monitoring are not required to be reported to eLearning Services.
