Question - I receive error messages when I try to mark Assignments or upload Feedback Files

I've come across an unusual error when attempting to grade a couple of submissions in our Moodle sites. The following error message appears:

We've already tried a few things, like reverting the submissions to draft, etc, but the error still persists.

Answer:

We have encountered this issue in a few Moodle sites this month and have logged this issue with eSolutions. REQ000001835132

While this issue is being worked on we have identified two short term workarounds.

This is definitely not a long term solution and we are waiting for eSolutions and Turnitin to fix this issue.
