Question - Panopto error message "We're currently experiencing technical difficulties"

Question:


I'm trying to upload a video file to my moodle page for a pre-class activity. Panopto is giving me this message when I try to upload it into the book: 




Answer:


The Panopto block has not yet been provisioned in your unit which is why you haven't been able to upload the file.

Locate the Panopto block on the right-hand side of the unit page and click 'Provision Unit'. Try uploading the file after this and let me know if you still have difficulty.
