Duplicate student id errors when uploading grades

The error received is due to duplicated student accounts which contain the same student I.D's and also contain duplicated email address in Moodle, which prevents the import function to complete if using either to map to.

To avoid this error, when importing grades you will need to add a column to the upload csv called username, and enter the students username to this column.

To obtain the students' username, copy the student email address to the username column, and use 'Text to Columns' excel function to spilt the email address from @. (Delete the @student.monash)

Once you have the usernames, when uploading the file, change the Map from and Map to, to usernames.

We are looking into simplifying this shortly.
