What is eAssessment

Information on selecting your assessment platform:

Moodle Express platform:

For Semester 1, 2020, you create a quiz in Enterprise Moodle (ELMS) and log a job to eSolutions with this list to move that quiz to Moodle Express.

- Main requirement for Moodle Express is that there are >= 500 simultaneous sittings (Even if the exam is over a longer period)

- Quiz URL

- Start date/time

- End date/time

- Duration

- Faculty Admin name that owns the quiz

- Quiz is setup with all questions and settings completed

NOTE: once a quiz is moved to Moodle Express from Enterprise Moodle, it can't be changed without eSolutions redoing the entire process again

eSolutions needs 2 weeks or 10 working days to convert the quiz from Enterprise Moodle for End of Semester Assessments.

Note also that students would access the quiz in Moodle Express, in their Moodle site via a link.
